David Gene Oh

Building a positive community for developers to succeed in augmented and virtual reality.

David Gene Oh was born in San Francisco, and studied design at the California College of the Arts. He worked at Ubisoft, as the design brand controller of the Tom Clancy series of games. He’s also had senior roles in marketing, production and business partnerships. Passionate about virtual reality, he lead developer relations and sales for Leap Motion, but found a new home at Meta, the world’s most interesting headset, according to The Verge. In his free time, David loves talking about XR (AR/VR), on the Dopamine podcast, with Tony Parisi. In his spare time David plays video games and kickboxes religiously. Most importantly, he’s grateful for an amazing group of friends he’s developed into a community of virtual and augmented reality developers around the world.
